Shipping and Returns Information

Returns & Exchanges

If for some reason, you don’t feel fantastic in your Eliza Faulkner purchase, we’d be happy to exchange or refund you as smoothly as possible.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition your received it, with the tag on.

Send us an email at info@elizafaulkner.com and we will provide you with our address to ship your item to.

It must be returned within 14 days after delivery.

Please keep in mind that sale items are all final sales.


Exchanges

Got the wrong size? Not a problem! If you need to exchange your product for a new size simply send us an email at info@elizafaulkner.com and we will provide you with the address to return your piece too.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping, however in the case of an exchange, we will ship your new piece back to you for free.


Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

In case of a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Defective item

We take good care of every item that we ship to our customers. However, if one of our products happens to be defective or broken upon receiving, please contact us as soon as possible. Please let us know within 14 days or receiving the package.

Once we receive the package, we will exchange as quickly as possible without any fees. In case the item is out of stock, we will refund you the same way that you paid.


Shipping

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 days of initial order.

If you order during the weekend, your order will be processed the next business day.
