Tessa Dress Cream Floral & Velvet

We couldn't resist playing around with the romantic basque waistline this season. We added a ruffle to this floral version of our Tessa dress, and we put some blue velvet ribbon on it too. The back has adjustable ties and stretchy elastic so that it's never too tight. The shoulder ties are adjustable and yes, the skirt has pockets!
