We offer full returns on regular price items within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Extended Holiday Return Period: We offer returns for store credit on both regular price and sale items purchased from November 18th to December 26th. The deadline to request a return for store credit is January 4th, 2026.

Canada: FREE shipping on orders over $250CAD. For orders under $250, standard shipping is $15. 

United States: Standard shipping is $15, duties and taxes included.

International rates: Standard shipping is $50CAD and can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. We offer expedited shipping for $100CAD and which arrives within 3-7 business days. Please note we are not responsible for any duties and taxes incurred on international shipments outside of the U.S.
